Landscape Construction Foreman

April-November: daily start time is 7:00am Monday-Friday (45-55 hours/week)

YARD LOCATION: 15676 McCOWAN ROAD, STOUFFVILLE

*Saturday work is optional and flexible, usually ½ days*

Compensation: $35-$45/hour + bonuses (60K+/year)

**Landscape teams work together to complete hardscape projects from start to finish, projects include**:

- Excavation and grading
- Masonry - paving stone walkways/patios/driveways
- Installation of natural stone and precast retaining walls and steps
- Poolscapes
- Carpentry - Pergolas, decks & fencing
- Softscape and sodding
- 3+ years experience as landscape construction Forman
- Ability to build landscape projects start-finish
- Skid steer and mini-excavator experience
- The ability to read landscape plans
- Excellent customer service skills and good communication
- Good time management skills
- Strong work ethic
- AR license is a benefit
- Minimum Class 'G' Driver's License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week

**Experience**:

- hardscape construction (stone pavers, retaining walls): 5 years (required)
- landscape construction foreman: 3 years (required)
- skid steer & mini-excavator: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G license & vehicle (required)
