**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed manuals, instructional guides, e-learning modules, and visual aids related to the engineering, assembly, and installation of packaging machines.
- Write comprehensive, easy-to-understand manuals for customers, ensuring they can effectively troubleshoot and operate the packaging equipment.
- Develop and deliver in-person and online training programs for technicians, ensuring they are well-equipped with essential technical skills.
- Work closely with engineers and technical leads to accurately represent processes and equipment functionality.
- Implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of training materials, continuously refining content based on feedback.
- Develop onboarding materials to ensure new technicians understand equipment systems, protocols, and best practices.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all materials, ensuring technical documentation is clear, user-friendly, and adheres to company guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support to technicians and customers, offering troubleshooting assistance and addressing post-training queries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing or instructional design, ideally within the manufacturing or packaging sector.
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts and hands-on experience with machinery assembly and installation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in technical writing tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Creative Suite, and e-learning software.
- Ability to create documentation that is easily understood by both technical staff and customers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
