The range of services offered by go2HR plays an important role in helping tourism and hospitality businesses. In order to meet the growing demand for training services, and in line with our strategic priorities, go2HR is pleased to be hiring a talented professional to join our team.
The Training Services Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day customer service support for go2HR's training programs and for go2HR’s Learning Management System (LMS). The coordinator supports a variety of course registration and administration processes including the compilation of reports for training activities.
**As the Training Services Coordinator, you will be involved in a range of activities, including but not limited to**:
- Day-to-day operations support for the training department, responding to training inquiries and requests for assistance in a timely manner
- Provide customer support and training on LMS admin processes for corporate customers, group administrators and SuperHost training delivery partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues relating to system functionality
- Administration of FoodSafe course including procurement, payment processing, database management and shipping
- Update training resources (how to guides, user tutorials for LMS and program administration) for course group administrators, instructors and learners
- Contribute to training activity data collection and regular internal reporting
- Contribute to and maintain customer information in CRM database (HubSpot)
- Update department and program administrative processes as needed
- Other duties as assigned
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- A relevant post-secondary certificate or diploma, or equivalent
- Demonstrated superior written and verbal communications skills
- Previous customer service or administrative assistant experience
- Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and virtual meeting platforms (MS Teams, Zoom) required
- Previous technical experience and comfort with systems such as LMS or CRM-type software an asset
- Experience with coordinating training sessions, meetings and events
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to contribute as a member of a small, energetic, professional team as well as the ability to work independently
- A passion for and a commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of customers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of, interest in and/or prior experience working in the tourism and hospitality industry desirable as well as an interest in training
**Compensation**:
Staring at $50,000 annually
