**Corporate Development - Associate Director**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the process of M&A activities including identifying and selecting potential investment targets and establishing relationships in the mining sector;
- Continuously learn from exposure to deal sourcing, structuring, diligence, negotiations, valuation, documentation and communications (internal/external), that are integral aspects of all deal execution;
- Conduct research and analysis of the industry for purpose of identifying investment opportunities;
- Prepare analysis and supporting documents for internal decision-making purposes;
- Provide support to other tasks for the team as required.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- more than 5 years of experience;
- A degree in mining, geology, business, finance or similar fields;
- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of financial modelling;
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor;
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in the mining industry or investment banking will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $150,000.00 per year
