Residential Sales Representative

Dodds Garage Doors is a 65-year-old family business that is enthusiastic about serving our customers. We are the largest overhead and entry door company in Southern Ontario and will have worked together to serve 800,000 satisfied customers by 2032.
We specialize in custom retrofitting overhead doors and dock equipment, our sweet spot. If you want to belong to a team that does that well every day, this company’s a great fit for you.
Our customers are commercial property owners, property managers, builders, and developers. We provide installation as well as repair and maintenance services for institutional, commercial, and industrial properties. If you have experience working with these types of customers

- Selling overhead doors for commercial spaces.
- Travel to established sales territories around Ontario
- Build customer relationships.
- Eager to learn and educate customers on overhead doors and equipment.
- Take detailed measurements and order details.
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Sales experience in a business-to-business role. Specifically, experience presenting to customers, following up, and tracking results.
You will have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
- Measure and identify door and dock equipment.
- Build trust and follow up with potential customers.
- Utilize company software to track customers.
- Process orders
- Computer literate
- Meticulous
- Strong oral and written communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: 100% commission with a draw. Base while in training. Compensation can range from $80,000 to $200,000.
