Our Supply Chain and Purchasing teams ensure the cost effective and efficient management of purchasing of materials, services, and inventory for all Canadian operational areas of Bragg Communications Inc. (BCI) and to ensure all materials/supplies and services required are delivered to specifications, quality, quantity, and schedule, at the most cost-effective price, while ensuring business practices are compliant with laws, regulations, company policy, philosophy, and values. Inventory Analyst role is key to supporting inventory availability and optimization for our customer premise equipment (modems, video, telephone, Home Security).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an integrated plan for Eastlink’s customer equipment. Collaborate with key departments: Supply Chain, Product, Marketing, Retail and Suppliers to ensure product lead times, product positioning changes, product promotions, store sales and forecasted demand are considered in the supply plan. Fulfillment to the channel needs to be in a cost-efficient manner, considering transportation and 3PL warehouse costs. Identify slow moving and/or distressed inventory as well as recommended actions;
- Provide accurate inventory reporting to various business departments with Eastlink to ensure visibility to the business. Implementation of supply chain tools as they integrate with reporting and analytics;
- Understand and maintain the Supply Chain ERP systems with data integrity and fix errors as needed. Handle file imports between billing system and Financial ERP and complete monthly inventory reconciliations. Process store inventory counts and investigate as needed;
- Handling of the reverse Supply Chain channel. Ensure timely return and recovery of returns, excess, distressed, obsolete and damaged inventories for appropriate action and or investment recovery;
- Ability to seek cost saving opportunities and process improvements through data analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum University bachelor’s degree specifically in Supply Management, Logistics, or Materials Engineering with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role with focus on supply chain analytics.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the company;
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality of information.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems;
- Effective computer skills including, excel spreadsheets and database creation, maintenance, and update;
- Ability to display data effectively;
- Good organization skills;
- Effective customer service skills;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills;
- Work well within a team
