**About us**

**REPORTS TO**:Store Manager

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**: The Assistant Manager (AM) is responsible to assist the Store Manager in making their location a fun and exciting environment for all guests and team members. The AM must lead the staff team by example and provide outstanding service to all guests.

**SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Resolve guest challenges and concerns effectively
- Identify and remedy any health & safety issues
- Sell, book and manage parties and group events
- Repair of minor maintenance items
- Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures by all team members
- Assist the Store Manager to prepare and manage the weekly staff schedule
- Assist the Store Manager to prepare the payroll reports
- The AM shall lead by example and actively work together with staff to ensure the facilities are clean and well maintained at all times
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Store Manager
- A passion for outstanding guest service with an outgoing, friendly and upbeat personality
- Demonstrated team leadership qualities
- Operational management experience
- Strong customer service, problem-solving and mediation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in busy operational situations
- Current certification in basic First Aid, CPR

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.05 per hour
