In this role, you will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs to damaged motorcycles in an accurate and timely fashion, ensuring that the quality of the repair will foster long-term customer satisfaction, thereby encouraging repeat and referral business.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Diagnoses and performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with the dealership, factory and warranty policies and procedures.
- Discusses any problems related to the repair with other Technicians or Fixed Operations Manager.
- Communicates with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
- Shuttles motorcycles in and out of the service area.
- Performs other duties as required by the Fixed Operations Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures.
- ** Motorcycle mechanic trade certification (310G)**
- Valid Ontario Motorcycle License (M2 or higher) and clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to physically push motorcycles is an asset.
