As a Construction Project Coordinator at New City Contracting, you will be at the heart of our project management team, ensuring that construction initiatives run seamlessly from inception to completion. Your expertise in coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and managing resources will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with project managers and various stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Organize and oversee the scheduling of construction tasks, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to the project team and management.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project workflows.
- Identify and address potential project risks, proposing creative solutions to overcome challenges.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to project milestones, expenditures, and outcomes.
- Uphold New City Contracting's commitment to quality and safety throughout all projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant construction project coordinator role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
