Driver/inspector

Goliath Roofing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver/Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for pick up /transporting materials to various site locations while also conducting inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our company's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
- Conduct inspections of goods, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the roofing industry.
- Visit job sites to ensure crews are complying to safety standards and policies.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records related to inspections, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the road.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, representing the company in a positive manner.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and report any irregularities or concerns during inspections to management.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge inspection report and vehicle check procedures.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Capable to operating a fork lift

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
