To support its growth, Green Beaver is looking for Marketing Coordinator to join the Green Beaver team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimism space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Organise transportation activities for outgoing orders; (asking for transport quotation and pick up request; including entering all proper paperwork for custom clearance, or any advise ship notice required from customer)
- Organise transportation activities for incoming products/components (asking for quotation, sending pick up request and arrange transport to the proper warehouse)
- Prepare On-line orders; (printing invoice and making shipper labels)
- Prepare any small parcel shipper labels with the proper carrier
- Help to assemble on-line orders/ amazon orders and any re-pack requirement.
- Help in production when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual
- Teamwork
- High school degree
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Working experience as a warehouse worker an asset
- Current forklift license an asset

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
