**Key Responsibilities**
- Financial record-keeping for various clients including processing of payables, receivables and payroll and recording of general journal entries as required
- Preparation of GST and other tax returns as required
- Completion of bank and other account reconciliations
- Preparation and generation of periodic client reporting packages
- Provision of bookkeeping and software support services to clients
- Completion of other accounting related duties as required
- Development of documentation of bookkeeping workflows

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years full cycle accounting experience
- Excellent working knowledge of cloud accounting software including Quickbooks Online, Xero and various related apps, as well as an interest in technology and innovation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with adaptability to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional manner and ability to work independently and in a team environment
