Edmonton, Canada Bonstar Accounting Services Inc. Full time

**What Your Day to Day Will Look Like**
- Maintain the customer's accounting records on a day to day basis
- Deal with the customer on the front line and answer any questions that they may have
- Assistance with filing and reconciling sales tax accounts
- Offer support to clients on the accounting apps used in your day-to-day work
- Assist with Accounts Receivable phone calls on behalf of our clients
- Assist other members of our team with various tasks (scanning documents, saving reports, etc.)

**What You Need to Succeed**
- You can deliver spectacular customer service and you have experience in a customer facing role
- You are exceptionally detail oriented and organized
- You have an educational background in accounting and bookkeeping
- You have at least 1+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Your are tech-savvy
- You are a problem solver
- You are able to and like working in a fast-paced environment
- Your are a pro at bank reconciliations and reconciling messy books
- You have handled reconciling sales taxes and filing the corresponding reports
- You have experience processing payroll and sales taxes
- You have experience using cloud accounting software (QBO, WagePoint, Xero, etc.)
- You have experience paying suppliers (Plooto, etc.)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
