Fast paced, automated accounting firm seeking dynamic & experienced individual for a Client Services and Operations Manager. The location of the position is Mississauga.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Services & Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace.
- Management of firm’s KPIs and operations
- Accountability and ownership of firm operations, client and staff management.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members
- Coordinate and supervise staff, including staff accountants, bookkeepers and administration staff, ensuring quality work in the required timelines.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures, quality assurance manual to enhance productivity and compliance.
- Review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in Quickbooks Online (QBO) & Quickbooks Desktop for the growing client base
- Support T4 and T5’ Process for the clients
- Provide support to Partner on various tasks, some of which include:
1. Employee workflow management
2. Escalated client projects
3. Special projects and advisory
4. Employee training and management
- Tax research and working on client resolutions with Canada Revenue Agency
- Review corporate and personal tax returns
- Advisory and tax planning and maintaining client relationships
- Management of staff and HR management
- Marketing and social media management
**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum 5 years** in a public accounting firm a **must**
- CPA or equivalent
- **Minimum 5 years** using Tax Prep or related tax preparation software in preparing tax returns
- Working in a fast paced accounting firm
- Advanced level of Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint)
- Strong computer and software skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great team player, attention to detail and analytical skills
- Very organized, ability to multitask and work independently to meet client deadlines
- Location of position is in the Mississauga Office with support to the Richmond Hill Office
