Are you an experienced Marketing Technology and Analytic professional with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes and driving operational excellence? Roth IAMS is a growing, industry-leading company specializing in integrated asset management and capital planning services across North America. These services include Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs), Accessibility Assessments, Structural Assessments, and Capital Asset Database Management. We provide our infrastructure assessment and capital planning expertise to various sectors, including higher education, K-12 schools, healthcare facilities, municipal and provincial governments, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Database**:
The coordinator ensures the CRM tools meet the day-to-day needs of the organization and considers improvements to current systems and processes.
- Handling and troubleshooting daily processing and data entry, with a primary focus on maintaining the integrity of the database.
- Ensuring the firm’s contacts (prospects, clients) are well-maintained; data is clean, de-duplicated; and processes are in place to share updated information
- Ensuring all marketing lists are current. Pull reports as needed
- Working collaboratively with members of the BD team to ensure communications and activities are entered and updated in the CRM.
- Continually build and improve the customer and prospect database (CRM). Identify data gaps and quality issues requiring attention. Identify means to capture and correct the data issues.
- Coordinate with business development and other internal departments to encourage the capture and quality improvement of the database.
- Regularly report on database improvements and other database metrics.
- Managing automation of enterprise contact lists
- Setting up new mailing templates as needed
- Providing campaign analytics after each send and, if necessary, adjusting campaigns to focus on particular user interests; and optimizing opportunities to connect with prospects and clients.
- Providing reports to marketing and business-development team members to inform them about click rates and readership.

**Website**:
Ongoing development and maintenance of our website to meet the needs of the organisation. Ensure that the website is up to date, complies with company and
AODA standards and is optimized for user experience. Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Working with marketing team and BD development to ensure website content is up-to-date.
- Build out website and pages for campaigns on Though Leadership and Events.
- Maintain and update the website SEO on a regular basis.
- Monitor website performance, such as page load times, user engagement, and other metrics, to ensure maximum user experience.
- Ensure website is secure and compliant with data protection regulations.
- Monitor and report on website analytics such as usage and traffic.
- Provide recommendations for website improvements.
- Monitor competitor websites for new technologies, trends, and innovations.
- Develop and implement website policies and procedures.

**Campaign Execution**:

- Utilize tech channels to create and execute campaigns.
- Create test campaigns and work with marketing and BD leads for approval before sending
- Utilize other in house tools to conduct online surveys, post social media content, and modify/load website content.
- Communicate campaign progress and results to all relevant internal stakeholders

**Tracking and Analysis**:

- Utilize tools and reports to analyze campaign metrics across all channels.
- Identify the necessary program adjustments and recommendations to continually improve performance and campaign process.
- Analyze audience segmentation and response metrics for different personas and audiences.
- Analyze messaging frequency and message content for different audiences.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years marketing technology experience.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and experience with tech tools including:

- HubSpot CRM
- WordPress Website CMS
