Please Join our Sales Team We are looking for responsible, reliable and experienced licensed sales representatives for projects in the **GODERICH AREA**.

Proficiency in various video conferencing apps such as Zoom and Facetime a necessity. Must be friendly, great multi-tasker, organized, professional and experienced/knowledgeable with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) as well as DocuSign. Must be able to work weekends as a minimum requirement. Sales event hours could vary.

**Sales Representatives perform all or more of the following duties**:

- represent builder client in a professional manner and be fully knowledgeable in the product being sold
- Complete agreement of purchase and sale on computer provided CRM as well as a written agreement
- Proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) as well as DocuSign
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and head office
- Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Greet clients/potential clients; ascertain nature of visit and direct clients/purchasers to appropriate person
- May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities/Sales Activities/Comparable
- Organization of the office, supplies
- Communicate site details and product knowledge

**Employment requirements**:

- **MUST** BE A LICENSED REALTOR IN GOOD STANDING(OREA/RECO )
- **NEW HOME** Sales experience beneficial

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
