**Job Summary**

BodyWorx Vitality Inc. is your complete rehabilitation, fitness and wellness solution We aim to improve the health, fitness, well-being and lifestyle of each and every one of our valued clients.

BodyWorx Vitality Inc. consists of a team of healthcare professionals including; Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Athletic Therapist, Naturopath, Kinesiologists and customer service staff. The clinic has 8 treatment rooms/areas, an exercise room and a gym complete with cardiovascular equipment, weights and functional training equipment. We have staff trained in acupuncture, pelvic health, concussion assessment and treatment, and fascial stretch therapy.

**Job Specifications**:

- Flexibility to cover vacation time of co-workers and sick/days if necessary
- Team work is key

**Responsibilities and Duties** **Provide on-going exceptional care to all clients**
- Work to manage, rehabilitate, and prevent disorders that impede movement with clients
- Create rehabilitation programs for clients
- Supervise clients to ensure they perform tasks correctly and monitor progress; collaborate with other members of the healthcare team and adjust tasks as necessary
- Maintain a high level of communication and teamwork with the clinic team to ensure successful operations
- Actively participate in other areas of the clinic operations, such as outreach, marketing and promotion initiatives
- Perform cross functional and/or other duties as needed

**Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills)**: **BA/BSc in Kinesiology or equivalent, Diploma in Physical Therapy Assistant or Diploma in Health/Fitness/Wellness preferred**
- **Strong exercise knowledge**:

- Clinical experience working in a clinical rehabilitation or fitness environment preferred
- Mature, professional and accountable
- Ability to communicate effectively, positively and professionally
- Ability to multitask and work at a fast past
- Takes initiative
