Seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join my team as a Real Estate Assistant. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support and help ensure the smooth operation of my real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the real estate industry, and wants to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Assist realtor with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
- Conduct market research to gather information on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Assist with property management tasks, including coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions
- Maintain organized files and databases to ensure accurate record keeping

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiar with marketing content creation
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
- Canva & Capcut proficiency is preferred

**Requirements**:

- Valid RECO License
- Must have a valid Ontario drivers license
- Must own/lease a reliable vehicle
- Experience with online property portals is required (TRREB, Docusign, WEBforms, Realtorlink, GEO, MPAC, etc.)
- NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED* Commission Based
