We are seeking an outcome-oriented, customer and people-focused professional to join our Team in the role of Customer Care and Operations Coordinator for our Vancouver office. We are looking for a leader with the ability to delight our customers through our people and continue growing the business. You champion ordinary household cleaning by delivering excellent customer service. You are operationally minded, a hands-on contributor, and a customer care guru.

Your responsibilities are:
- Ensure that every customer is met with the most exceptional customer service
- Dispatch, direct, and conduct regular communication with Field Employees
- Set and optimize the daily schedule of jobs while taking multiple constraints and considerations into account
- Work closely with Operations Managers to coordinate customer and Field Employee related issues
- Answer client inquiries, reviews, and feedback related to services and products
- Collaborate with internal teams to create digital experiences and optimize the user experience
- Build a strong brand through developing happy, hard-working Teams and executing our marketing strategy
- Support the OH&S committee in promoting a safe work environment
- Overall you'll be an indispensable part of an exciting, growing company helping to make everything run smoothly and have fun doing it
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Capable of dealing with issues and complaints quickly and effectively
- Possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about delighting clients, and a healthy, non-toxic lifestyle
- A team player willing to involve themselves in all aspects of the business
Key attributes
- University or College degree
- Exceptional communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- A valid driver's license
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
