**Short Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- Follow up with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g., government, public, community associations, other corporations, etc.) to support project development objectives;
- Monitor all aspects of real estate development and delivery processes as well as current industry trends and practices;
- Being involved and representing construction at the inception of a project;
- Carry out all project contract administration in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures;
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects and engineers;
- Involve in the overall architectural and civil design of the project;
- Work with the accounting department to provide estimates and monitor budgets during the various stages of the development process;
- Perform additional assignments/special projects per supervisor’s direction.

**Academic/Professional Qualification**:

- Post-secondary education, college degree, business, or technical diploma in the field of urban planning, city planning, architecture, engineering, or environmental design;
- Minimum of 10-15 years of related experience in construction, engineering, or real estate development;
- Project Management training/certificate such as a PMP designation would be an asset;
- Understand the method of contract negotiation, bidding, purchasing, negotiating, contracting, cash flow forecasting, expediting, receiving and transporting;
- Experience in estimating costs for various building projects, and familiarity with methods of estimating and classes of estimate;
- Maintain a professional attitude and appear when representing the Company.

**Required Knowledge & Skills**:

- Knowledge of general business principles, financial management, environmental issues and remediation techniques are assets;
- Proficiency with design and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent is an asset;
- Complete understanding of construction drawings and specifications;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and must possess the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of management within the Company as well as outside the organization;
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, conflicting demands, frequent interruptions, and heavy workloads;
- Ability to prioritize workload and capable of handling multiple projects;
- Willingness to work on negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated and results-driven;
- Mandarin Language skills as a requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $150,000.00 per year
