Aeolus Staffing Solutions, a leading staffing agency, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance to join a prominent client in the heavy-duty equipment manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain solutions industries. In this role, you will oversee financial operations for all subsidiaries, ensuring strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong emphasis on integration and implementation of financial software solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes for multiple subsidiaries within the heavy-duty equipment manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain solutions sectors.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and growth across all business units, leveraging financial software tools for efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management with the aid of integrated financial software systems.
- Oversee financial controls and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, utilizing software solutions for enhanced governance and risk management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, M&A activities, and strategic partnerships, leveraging financial software platforms for due diligence and decision support.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in leveraging financial software capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a finance leader in a complex, multi-subsidiary environment, preferably within heavy-duty equipment manufacturing, warehousing, or supply chain industries, with a strong background in financial software integration and implementation.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, coupled with a demonstrated ability to leverage financial software solutions for strategic insights and operational efficiency.
- Experience in successfully integrating and implementing financial software systems across diverse business units, driving process improvements and standardization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization to facilitate successful software adoption and utilization.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing finance teams and driving organizational change through technology initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
