**What We Are Looking For**:
A skilled individual with experience in home renovations or a related field. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and follow instructions. The individual must be reliable. Only those with relevant experience will be considered.

**Responsibilities**:
The lead hand works both in a team setting and independently, carrying out specific duties to complete projects. **Applicants must have the following skills/experience**:

- General carpentry
- Demolition
- Framing
- Drywall
- Tile prep and setting
- Flooring of all types
- Finish carpentry

The lead hand is also responsible for communicating with team members, trade partners and senior management, to ensure everyone is kept up-to-date on project progress and ensure quality standards are met.

Must be able to calculate material takeoffs when required.

**Qualifications**:
4+ years of construction experience

The ability to properly, and safely use all power tools efficiently and effectively

Valid driver's license and vehicle for your own transport

Ability to lift at least 50lbs

High school diploma

Ability to read and write in English

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 60 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
