**Primary Function**

The Logistics Planner has the responsibility to ensure that all components for prototypes or production are available in the quantity required and at the time needed to fulfill shipment requirements for final product to the customer.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Compilation of deliveries in due time based on delivery slips/orders
- Control and analyze of stocks
- Planning and release of all material used in the production
- Managing inventory levels to maximize inventory turnover
- Establish min/max levels to avoid out of stock and overstock
- Responsible for weekly SAP release to all suppliers
- Organize logistics/warehousing for all incoming and outgoing materials
- Pack material and check for completeness
- Prepare and book packaging material
- Participate in monitoring and managing supplier delivery performance
- Support SOP and EOP material planning
- Prepare various SAP reports related to material inventory
- Operate material handling equipment and assist with loading and unloading of trucks
- Adhere to all rules and regulations of SHW
- Adhere to all applicable Business Operating Systems Procedures
- Any other reasonable request made by Management

**Demonstrated Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 and 3+ years of working experience or related OR a High School Diploma / GED and 5+ years of working experience
- Strong administration skills
- Good communication and networking skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9002, TS 16949, ISO 14001. Ability to write procedures and work instructions
- Experience in supply chain management and logistics area
- Experience in the use of SAP is an advantage
- Forklift driving license is an advantage
- Clean and accurate handling of materials
- Structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
