Title of Position: Professor in Health Policy and Strategy at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full. The rank is commensurate with experience.

Terms: Tenure-track position.

Duties: Duties will include in varying proportions: research, teaching and academic service activities.

Teaching activities include: i) strengthening quality teaching activities; ii) having excellent pedagogical practices and teaching-related scholarly activities; iii) providing an active contribution to increase our graduate programs such as the Masters of Health Administration, the Masters of Science in Health Systems, the Health Systems area in the PhD program, and interdisciplinarity and iv) supervising graduate students.

Requirements:
- Education: Ph.D. in Management or a related discipline.- Language: English and/or French. At the time of tenure, a minimum passive knowledge of the other official language is required. The ability to speak and teach in both official languages is an asset.- Work experience: A high-potential research program as demonstrated by articles published in high-quality and high-impact peer-reviewed journals in Health Policy, Management and Organization Studies, and related areas. Applicants are expected to demonstrate a track record of success in attracting competitive research funding and an active engagement in the academic community.

Preferences:- Scholars who can strengthen existing relationships with community organizations to produce high impact research in partnership with health system policymakers and leaders.- Strong teaching competency at the undergraduate, professional, MSc and/or Ph.D. levels as demonstrated by past teaching record and evaluations.
