About the Role:
We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with experience in the car industry who understands auto detailing and vehicle protection services. This role requires someone who can sell our services with confidence and market Spiffy Auto Detailing as the best in the business. You’ll be responsible for attracting new customers, following up with leads, closing sales, and creating marketing campaigns that set us apart from the competition.

What You’ll Do:
Sales & Customer Outreach:

- Educate potential clients on the benefits of ceramic coatings, PPF, window tint, and detailing.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
- Build relationships with car dealerships, auto clubs, and local businesses to drive referrals.
- Provide in-person and virtual consultations to recommend the best services based on customer needs.

Marketing & Brand Growth:

- Promote special offers, customer testimonials, and service showcases to boost engagement.
- Optimize our Google My Business page to increase visibility and generate reviews.
- Attend car shows, events, and meet-ups to market our services and connect with enthusiasts.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in the automotive industry (car detailing, auto sales, or service-related background).

Strong knowledge of auto detailing, ceramic coatings, PPF, tinting, and wraps.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to explain services and close deals.

Basic marketing skills, including social media, content creation, and promotions.

Self-motivated and able to work independently to grow the business.

Passion for cars and high-end vehicle care

What We Offer:
Base salary of $40,000/year + commission on sales

Hands-on training in sales, marketing, and detailing services
