As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, collaborating closely with the Product Manager to identify and introduce new products across various e-commerce platforms. Your keen eye for market trends and strong negotiation skills will be essential in expanding our product offerings and optimizing inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Product Manager to research and identify new products suitable for e-commerce platforms.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Product Manager on new product findings.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Purchasing teams to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to ensure a competitive edge in product selection.
- Manage multiple projects and seller accounts concurrently, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels on e-commerce platforms through timely replenishment.
- Cultivate daily communication with suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Source new suppliers and brands, demonstrating adept negotiation skills to secure favourable pricing and terms.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, etc.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
- Solid foundation in mathematics to support data analysis and forecasting.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a confident mindset and being able to step outside of your comfort zone
- Experience in online sales and/or supply chain management is a plus
