Coxwell Dental Health Centre is a thriving and patient-centric dental practice committed to providing high-quality oral healthcare in a warm and welcoming environment. Our dedicated team of professionals is passionate about promoting optimal dental health and creating beautiful smiles. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team.
**Duties**:
- Assist dentists during dental procedures by providing chairside support.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Take dental X-rays.
- Greet and prepare patients for dental treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized dental assisting program - CDA Level 2
- HARP certification in accordance.
- Proven experience as a dental assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures.
- CPR certification is a plus.
- Experience with Tracker Dental Software will be considered an asset.

Expected hours: 5 - 6 per week

Licence/Certification:
