**REQUIREMENTS**

Experience
- Previous prep-cook experience is considered an asset
- Food Handler, Food Safety, Smart Serve certification is an asset

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English; Chinese is considered an asset
- Positive attitude and excellent customer-oriented approach
- Team player - assist in a positive guest experience however necessary

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food prep
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Prepare and portion all items, promptly, efficiently and with attention to detail
- Monitor food temperatures and quality
- Evaluate quality of food product and prep items. Report any discrepancies
- Operate dishwasher as directed
- Perform necessary trash and waste duties as required
- Follow proper inventory and receiving procedures
- Comply and action all health, food safety and hygiene standards and policies
- Will help perform other delegated tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$20.00 per hour
