- Meet with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and financial goals
- Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage options, rates, and terms
- Collect and analyze financial information to determine eligibility for mortgage loans
- Liaise with lenders, underwriters, and other parties involved in the mortgage process
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan details

- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and lending practices
- Excellent mathematical skills for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and payments
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport and trust with clients
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing financial data and creating reports
- Effective communication skills to explain complex mortgage concepts to clients
- Ability to manage cash flow and perform basic cash management tasks
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $40,273.62-$189,922.03 per year
