**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Review plans and specifications for new projects.
- Research and analyze data such as vendor quotes, material costs, production times, and labor rates.
- Develop cost models for various projects.
- Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
