**Customer Service Specialist**

This role is the first point of contact for our customers, performs internal sales, and serves as a key educator to our customers.

**General and Administrative**
- Maintain constant efficient communication with customers, staff, and vendors to ensure that sales and customers objectives are met.
- Create quotes with urgency for management review before responding to customer
- Process payments
- Package product for shipment as required
- Cash out and days-end reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and issues in the customer service database.
- Contact customers when orders are complete and ready for pickup
- Follows systems and procedures
- Participates as a key team player by supporting operations as needed
- Other duties as required.
- Ensure showroom is clean and organized
- Order products for customer orders multiple times a week
- Backfills for the Customer Service Specialist 2, when needed.

**Customer Service**:

- Acknowledges and appropriately greets and assists every customer promptly
- Manages telephone calls professionally, efficiently, and with good communication skills
- Ensures all phone messages are accurate and timely relayed to the appropriate team member
- Serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding embroidery/silkscreened/vinyl/dtf orders.
- Processes and manages orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinates with the production team to ensure that customer specifications and deadlines are met.
- Monitors the progress of orders and provides updates to customers as needed.
- Addresses and resolves customer complaints and issues with management support related to orders promptly.
- Investigate and determine the root cause of any issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Supports Customer sales through service, education, and effective problem-solving. Involve appropriate team members as needed
- Escalates complex issues to management when necessary.

**Sales and Marketing**:

- Assists in generating quotes and processing payments for orders
- Upsells additional services and products to customers when appropriate
- Maintains knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers
- Provides detailed information about our services, pricing, and turnaround times
- Processes customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner
- Effectively present and discuss products that meet the customer's needs
- Inspects finished decorated products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Works with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensures inventory is stocked and merchandise is displayed
- Organizes sales racks and wall displays
- Orders stock as required

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma.
- Experience in sales or customer service and/or printing, graphic arts industries, or apparel, specifically embroidery and silk-screening
- Excellent communication of the English language both written and oral forms
- Good math skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to identify and meet customers' needs and requirements
- Strong attention to detail, possessing a sales aptitude, and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
- Good sense of design and color
- Must be computer literate and current on new technology.
- Must be hardworking a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills
- Positive and upbeat attitude.
- Ability to move swiftly, stand for long periods and lift up to 24kg
- Ability to think outside the box and show initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
