**Job Description** PRIMARY FUNCTION**

Safely and carefully truck glassware inside the facility as to avoid injury and product damage. 100% scanning of all pallet moves. Trucks from load building to the warehouse for storing, trucks glassware from warehouse to shipping / staging area, trucks ware to resort from warehouse. Backtracking movements by request. Debulk movements as requested. Trucks glass onto outbound shipments. Trucks heldware to the designated area. Trucks damaged product to the designated area. Discard, and replace damaged cartons, shrink wrap, and straps. Cycle counts of finished goods, and packaging as requested. Packaging movements for production runs as requested.

**TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT**

Forklift, multiple forks, clamp, pull pack, propane, mobile sweeper, mobile floor scrubber, pallets, hand tools (shovels, brooms, etc.), dock plates, air compressor, air bags, truck seals, hand strapper, computer, printer, scanner, & stretch wrapper.

**TYPICAL DUTIES**

1. Trucks ware from the load building area to warehouse (production may be up to 400+ per day pallet movements per 12 hour shift), trucks glassware from warehouse to shipping area (6+ containers loaded per shift) and trucks ware to resort (30+ pallets per shift). Trucking product from the finished goods area to the quality audit area (up to 30% of the daily production in pallet moves). Consolidation of bays to create space for new production (as needed to support production) This also applies to trucking ware in outside warehouses.

2. Scan all HU tags for proper designated location or bay area in warehouse. Ensures proper tags are placed on each

pallet.

3. When loading unitized or palletized ware, observes and replaces damaged cartons on load as assigned. Cullet

damaged ware.

4. Delivers and receives loads from shrink-wrap operation. May include processing loads through shrink-wrap

(unties, ties, and operates controls).

5. Keeps records of all ware stored or removed from storage by customers, quantities, locations; and completes

other simple forms, such as Bill of Lading for truck driver's signature, pre-shift lift truck inspection, trailer inspection form, blackout sheets, etc., as assigned.

6. Prepares, sweeps out, engages dock locks, seals carriers as required. Inspects trailers for damage, odor, waste

prior to loading.

7. May handle specialized equipment such as the sweeper, clamp, rotator, 2 finger & 4 finger forklift, or Pull-Pack units for purposes of transporting and storing or loading into shipping containers.

8. Unloads all containers destined for the warehouse docks.

9. Fills propane tank on forklift as necessary and reports mechanical malfunction to shift supervisor.

10. Performs clean-up duties as part of your daily routine.

11. Load all shipping containers to the OI quality specifications. All outbound shipments must be free of dirt, and damage.

12. Cycle counts of both finished goods and packaging locations as requested.

13. Must adhere to all warehouse policies including, but not limited to, GMP compliance, food safety compliance, CCOHS training compliance, local P/C and safety policies and procedures, Etc.

15. All other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to work continental shifts
- Must be able to work overtime, including weekend and overnight shifts
