Financial Literacy Support Worker

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a Financial Literacy Support Worker to join our team and assist in the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the financial literacy program. CEASE holds three 10 week sessions of the financial literacy course.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administration, evaluation and reporting where staff will establish case files, complete tracking and evaluation forms, compile annual report to funders, and attend all scheduled team, network, training and community meetings as required.
- coordinate & facilitate the financial literacy program.
- prepare materials for weekly group session.
- organize the guest speakers.
- Ensure follow up is provided to all participants.
- Assists participants to complete SMART goals, and program completion
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Services (equivalencies considered)
- Extensive background and experience working with people requiring higher levels of support due to trauma, substance use, complex health issues, and poverty
- Experience with community resources, programs and services to support individuals with a history of sexual exploitation.
- Strong facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft, and ShareVision
Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
