Hines Health Services (HHS) is Fort McMurray’s local medical services and occupational health care provider. Founded in 2012, HHS has an extensive client base with over 5,000 clients in diverse industries and sectors. HHS’s diverse scope of services includes a local assessment clinic, mobile services, on-site testing, staffing and remote medical service, as well as a dedicated Emergency Medical Division.

**Job Profile: Recruiter**

**Location: Fort McMurray**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with creating and monitoring job postings
- Manage on-boarding of new staff, including training, filing required documentation and paperwork related to new hires
- Provide general administrative support in an ever-evolving environment
- Be familiar with work in accordance with health and safety legislation and company policies and procedures
- Read, understand and comply with HHS’s Guidelines, Safety policies and Job Procedures, as well as applicable government laws and regulations
- Document and maintain records in a timely manner with utmost confidentiality

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years proven experience as a recruiting role or other relevant administrative support experience.
- In-depth understanding of Nursing and health care professional licensing bodies and education requirements.
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite, including MS Teams, and Zoom
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Competence in core HR functional areas, including: compensation; recruitment; training and development
- CPHR or training in human resources is considered an asset
- Must pass pre-employment tests, including drug and alcohol screen, and criminal background check
- Post-secondary education is highly preferable
