**_ Responsibilities_**_:_**
- Provide daily onsite break/fix support for Ingersoll users, including installation, configuration, and support of hardware and software systems (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Offer remote support for all other IMT locations.
- Participate in network infrastructure maintenance and support, encompassing LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Respond to end-user requests for technical assistance and promptly resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up new user accounts and conduct orientation on system usage and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify potential issues, and troubleshoot accordingly.
- Collaborate with other members of IMT's IT team and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical issues, as well as support system upgrades and installations.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all support activities, including service requests and resolutions.
- Ensure IMT's hardware and software are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective use of technology.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Technical diploma or degree, or equivalent work experience with IT certifications.
- 2-4 years of relevant IT experience.
- Must have permanent residency or be a Canadian citizen.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
