**Responsibilities**
- Implementation of country product strategy, managing product portfolio, monitoring success of products in the marketplace, and developing / implementing strategies for increasing market share of products in Doka Canada.
- Maximize utilization of equipment and guide in the development of future products / solutions / services that fit the market needs.
- Skill development and knowledge transfer of Doka business information, products and processes.
- Cooperate / Lead projects within the product innovation process, product introduction, product improvement and product re-launch.
- Continuously coach and develop sales team to raise their product competence level and conduct ongoing product knowledge training sessions.
- Identify areas of growth potential and support with development of strategic plans for defined areas of focus.
- Coach sales teams and provides appropriate and timely feedback on their performance during customer calls.
- Conduct market studies to define requirements along with likelihood of success and revenue potential.
- Work in cooperation with marketing on various activities including campaigns, development of literature, press releases and the management / execution of trade show exhibitions.

Maintain an awareness of, and exercising judgment in, such areas as market conditions, competitive activities and general economic conditions and in accordance with governmental, legislative and regulatory matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred in civil or mechanical engineering, business management or similar discipline and / or 10+ years Doka experience related to the Canada market.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to indirectly manage and influence a diverse team to achieve desired results.
- Thorough knowledge of the Doka business model and the various aspects of the concrete forming business.
- Previous industry sales experience and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills including an excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Qualitative abilities including strong analytical skills, technical proficiency and effective problemsolving skills.
- Familiar with all Doka business processes in Canada.
- Able to work as an organized team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to travel and be mobile up to 50%.

**Communication**

Extensive daily interaction with colleagues, management and customers. Consistently delivers high standards of customer service and communicates effectively.

**Presentation Skills**

Must be able to create and give sales presentations to potential customers concerning his/her qualifications and experience level, the company’s history and experience and the features and benefits of the products we sell.

**Mental Effort**

This position requires the ability to think strategically. Position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to be organized and manage time to meet sales objectives and deadlines.

**Working Conditions**

Working conditions vary from that of an office environment: dry, cool, well lighted, to outside conditions (equipment yard or job site), high noise level in certain areas, extreme outdoor temperatures
