  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving the product outlook, defining the GTM strategy, and leading design discussions.
  • Experience with UX/User Experience.

Responsibilities
  • Define the product outlook and execute the strategy for Generative AI in Workspace.
  • Design and lead a multi-year roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals and investments to scale globally.
  • Own cross-functional product development process from ideation through development and commercial launch,collaborating with multiple internal, executive, and external teams to ensure coordination throughout product development, fostering and facilitating timely decision-making, driving product and delivering success.
  • Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with customers to understand their communication strategies, pain points, and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations.
  • Partner closely with Development, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery success.
