**Member Records Administrator**

Our Member Records department is looking for a talented individual who desires to make positive contributions as we continue to improve the service we provide to Manitoba’s healthcare professionals.

In this **Member** **Records Administrator** role, you will work with a specialized team to uphold the integrity of and contribute to developing processes/ solutions that will assist in the validation of complex data.

- In the first three months with us, you will:_
- Learn the basic concepts of our Pension Plan administrative policies and procedures.
- Work with your peers on the Member Records Administration team to develop your knowledge of internal software systems and specifications.
- Familiarize yourself with our employer stakeholders and their various payroll systems.
- Begin to understand the complex links between HEB Manitoba, our participating employers, unions, and active members.
- Over the next year you will:_
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the HEB Manitoba data requirements and our employer payroll systems.
- Ensure that the vast amount of information we maintain is accurate and complete by verifying data inputs and outputs.
- Independently resolve issues resulting from data discrepancies by performing data tests according to established procedures.
- Build working relationships with our various stakeholders to ensure priorities are aligned.

**Your qualifications**:

- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in Math, Accounting, Finance or related area of study plus a demonstrated commitment to maintaining your skills.
- 3 + years in a payroll, pension, benefits or data entry related environment.
- Enrolment in or completion of Payroll Compliance Practitioner.
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Pension Plan Administration Certificate (PPAC) Level 1, would be considered as asset.
- *An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered*_
- Analytical with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Robust technical background that includes broad experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to organize priorities and manage a comprehensive workload while delivering accurate work in a timely basis.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication.
- Professional approach and a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Enthusiastic with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups.
