Sous la supervision du directeur de l’ingénierie de production, le titulaire du poste travaille à supporter les opérations manufacturières, afin d’en assurer l’efficacité, la performance, la qualité, la standardisation et l’élaboration des meilleures méthodes. De plus, il conçoit et contrôle la documentation associée aux procédés de production, incluant la sous-traitance, principalement pour les produits électriques/électroniques. Il effectue les différentes tâches reliées aux activités du groupe, comme la création et le maintien des gammes de production.

**Job Duties**:

Principales fonctions et responsabilités
- Créer, analyser et faire l'implantation des différents types de demandes de changement d'ingénierie tout en s'assurant de bien mesurer les impacts ce changement;
- Créer et maintenir les documentations d’instructions d’assemblage, ainsi que pour les dessins de fabrication des gabarits et outils de production par l’utilisation des systèmes et processus en place (CAD, PDM, PLM, ERP);
- Effectuer de façon autonome de nouvelles procédures de montage ainsi que des corrections mineures au dessin de fabrication à l'aide des outils 3D et 2D;
- Sous la supervision d'un technicien ingénierie de production mécanique, créer des configurations de certains produits de type ATO (principalement des sondes et sabots) à l’aide des logiciels SolidWorks et/ou SolidEdge;
- Analyser, solutionner et compléter des demandes de support provenant du groupe des opérations et la correction de certains plans à l’aide d’une approche structuré;
- Identifier et compléter de façon autonome des projets d'amélioration et optimisation des procédés de production tout en ayant une approche visant a réduire les coûts de non-qualité;
- Créer de façon autonome des gammes de fabrication et d'assemblage pour des instruments, sondes et câbles et supporter la mise en place de nouveau procédés de fabrication tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe.
- Prendre en charge plusieurs activités reliées au projet NPI : Examen DFM/A, test de validation de design, validation des coûts, soumission, etc.
- Participer à différentes tâches en lien avec la conception de câble à l'aide des logiciels appropriés, ainsi que leur dessin technique (incluant les tolérances)
- Participer à certaine activité en lien avec la conception de sondes à courants de Foucault à l’aide des logiciels appropriés, ainsi que leur dessin technique (incluant les tolérances);
- Aider le technicien de niveau supérieur à créer et mettre en place les méthodes de tests et vérifications permettant de rencontrer les performances spécifiées;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec son coordonnateur et ses collègues, afin de prioriser, suivre et communiquer les différentes tâches et projets;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe demandée par son supérieur.

**Job Requirements**:
Qualifications mínimales

**Formation et expérience pertinente**
- DEC en électronique, en génie électrique, en génie mécanique ou en informatique;
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en ingénierie de production ou en production;

**Compétences techniques**
- Connaissance et expérience en logiciel ERP et PLM, dont Visual Manufacturing et Omnify;
- Être en mesure de lire et comprendre des plans (P-CAD, PADS, SolidEdge, SolidWorks, Draftsight) et spécifications techniques;
- Expérience en documentation de production et dessin technique à l’aide d’outil CAD 2D et 3D (SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Autocad, Draftsight)
- Expérience en conception de câbles;
- Expérience en conception de sondes;
- Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques Microsoft;
- Niveau d’anglais : Basic 4.
