**Role Overview**
As the Sport and Recreation Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality recreational programs. You will work closely with a dedicated team to enhance member satisfaction and uphold our club’s commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Program Management**: Develop and oversee a diverse range of sports and recreational activities, catering to all age groups and skill levels.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and supervise instructors, coaches, and seasonal staff.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and execute recreational events, tournaments, and special activities for members.
- **Member Engagement**: Actively engage with members to understand their needs, ensuring programs align with their interests and feedback.
- **Facility Oversight**: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards for safety and functionality.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage budgets for recreational programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Kinesiology, Sports Administration, or a related field and/or proven experience in program development and staff management in a recreational or sports setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for community building.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and risk management in recreational programming.
- CPR, First Aid, and other relevant certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
