**About the position**

**Primary functions associated with this position include the following**:

- Assist with the execution of various membership retention marketing campaigns and the creation of marketing collateral.
- Assist with the implementation and improvement of the Chamber's various websites.
- Assist with planning and executing of events related to tourism such as the annual Farm to Fork Tour and any other event that the Chamber may plan.
- Assist with planning and executing of Chamber programs.
- Assist with database maintenance.
- Assist the Sr. Director, Member Engagement in the day to-day operations of the Chamber, including answering phone calls and greeting members.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and superior attention to detail
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office
- Self-starter who is self-motivated and achievement oriented
- Excellent time management skills. Ability to multi-task with superior organization skills
- Team player who is comfortable working in a group setting

**Qualifications**:

- Position may require occasional weekends and evenings.
- A valid driver’s license, vehicle are required.
- A Vulnerable Sectors Screening is required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. considered an asset.
- Must work at the Chamber office.
- Must be under 30 years old as per Canada Summer Jobs requirements.
