As a successful Supervisor working on the Warehouse Floor you will report to the Operations Manager and you will work side by side with your team while overseeing and coordinating tasks in our 40,000 square foot warehouse. Ensuring they complete tasks in a safe and timely manner. You will help monitor the flow of work as well as incoming and outgoing inventory. You will work to ensure the team meets or exceeds company goals via clear verbal and written communication while being on the warehouse floor, effective communication skills are essential to this role.
- Typically from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Supervise, support and lead your team
- Must be able to handle up to 50 pounds regularly
- Attention to detail is very important
- Picking and packing orders
- Stocking shelves
- Loading, wrapping and unloading of skids
- Warehouse experience is preferred
- Steel toe safety shoes are required
