Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support Technician

Location: George Town, Cayman Islands (permanent)
Relocation Assistance: $2500

**Native English and Professional/Technical English is required for this position.**

**Responsibilities**:
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues including hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.
Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
Assist in the maintenance and administration of VMware virtualization technologies.
Monitor and maintain Azure cloud services and resources.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
1-3 experience working in an IT role, preferable helpdesk.
Knowledge of Active Directory administration.
Basic understanding of VMware virtualization technologies.
Basic understanding of networking and firewall technologies.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and resources.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications from providers such as CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware, etc. are a plus.
