**Position Description**:
**Here’s What You’ll Get To Do**
- Administer, maintain, configure and improve HR Management Systems and related business processes
- Develop and provide business data analysis and reporting
- Provide expertise for the ongoing maintenance of HR Systems including troubleshooting and providing solutions for systems-related issues
- Participate on the project team as required (eg. testing phase) to implement new modules and enhancements to the functionality of SickKids Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS
- Identify and document business requirements for HR functional areas and other user groups related to new or amended policies and processes and the system capabilities to meet those requirements
- Identify, compile, interpret and analyze data required by users for projects and new requests, and develop specifications for additional functionality
- Write and execute test scripts ensuring that system changes match the business process and/or policy change requested. Work with HRMS colleagues and/or Information Services (IS) to ensure test results reflect the correct business process change in the system
- Configure HRMS modules to meet business requirements
- Develop system queries to meet business requirements
- Other HRMS-related duties as they arise

**Here’s What You’ll Need**
- Post secondary degree or designation (preferably HR or HR-related fields, IT or business-related)
- 3 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in using and understanding HR Management Systems (HRMS), preferably within a large organization, and preferably with Oracle PeopleSoft HMRS knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources content, processes, policies and legislation
- Experience in business process review and associated consultation with users and other stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically with Microsoft Excel
