Overview:
In this role, the Analyst will analyze, develop, measure and improve processes for the HR department by providing a wide range of HR administrative, process and technical solutions. The Analyst will work on ongoing data needs as well as conduct research and coordinate assigned projects to ensure they are implemented and maintained while meeting the Human Resources objectives and strategic deliverables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support development of actionable, proactive metrics that drive forecasting capabilities and strategic insights identifying way to continuously improve quality and efficiency of HR
- Provide technical support to the HR team- Develop training and communication materials for HR tools and systems and presents to employee groups as needed- Evaluate data requests and maximize tools and technologies to meet HR reporting needs- Provide ad hoc and scheduled reports as required- Coordinate with the HR Director and peers to ensure accurate and timely administration of HRMS set up and training records
- Collaborate with the Senior Business Partners to support HR processes and projects by conducting research and analyzing data to make informed recommendations, administering best practice processes, and contributing to operational process improvements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support and launch HR programs and deliverables
- Support the annual performance appraisals program for the corporation, create the annual training program and execute the performance review process in a timely manner
- Prepare, analyze, organize the distribution of HRMS reports as requested by HR Director
- Extract and compile HR data for the creation of corporate HR dashboards, including data quality monitoring
- Control position management strategy maintaining records of headcount, vacancies, budget, etc.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline or equivalent experience
CHRP is an asset
- 2 years’ experience in data analytics and data management in a Human Resources role
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong ability to decipher and translate data. BI experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Human Resources systems (preferably Dayforce, SuccessFactor, iCIMS, HR Downloads)
- Understanding and working knowledge of records management, HRIS systems, collective agreements, employment/labour relations, Occupational Health and Safety legislation, privacy legislation and benefit plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to self-manage with initiative
