**Base Hourly Wage**

**16,00 $ - 18,50 $** per hour according to the salary grid and applicable years of service. (**PLUS** Provincial WEG premium of up to $2.00 per hour added to base salary, up to the maximum prescribed rate)

**Hours of Work**

30 to 40 hours per week

**Terms of Employment**

Full-time, permanent

**Start Date**

Immediate availability or as soon as possible

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No post secondary diploma or degree required
- Bilingualism is a definite asset (French and English)
- Valid First Aid & CRP-C certificate
- Valid Food Handler certificate
- Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check (CPIC)
- Interpersonal skills and abilities required to work as part of a team
- Competency to work without supervision
- Problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Leadership qualities

**Overview of Responsibilities**
- Adhere to Magic Triangle policies and procedures, as well as "CCEYA" and Health & Safety
- Evaluate each child’s needs and adapt programming to the development level and interests of the group
- Reinforce positive behaviours
- Daily communication with parents, co-workers and supervisors
- Assist with or perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors

Magic Triangle is a non-profit agency that provides childcare services at our learning centers located across the city of Greater Sudbury, from the Valley to Levack.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.50 per hour
