**Overview**: As the Digital Marketing Projects & Account Manager at Social Know How, you will be at the heart of our organization, serving as the central hub that connects all departments and oversees core organizational tasks. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the success of marketing projects from start to finish. As the primary point of contact for both internal and external client communications, your organizational skills, proactivity, and responsiveness are key to driving our marketing initiatives forward. Your dedication to establishing robust reporting mechanisms will ensure exceptional execution and high-quality results, while your ability to handle delays or schedule conflicts and implement suitable alternatives will maintain project momentum. You will have direct responsibility for the management of two team members.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Project Management & Communication**:
- Coordinate with the Director to develop new initiatives and enhance existing projects.
- Prepare for client and team meetings by gathering necessary information, creating agendas & attend meetings taking notes and identifying & delegating necessary action items to create actionable tasks.
- Manage communications, meetings, and coordinate internal team tasks.
- Manage all scheduled project tasks, ensuring that follow-ups are carried out and schedules are adjusted to meet all project milestones.
- Support the team by organizing daily and weekly schedules, providing reminders, updates and "to-do" items.
- Coordinate and communicate with the internal team and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks on time.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets. Plan, schedule, and execute marketing campaigns and projects.
- Schedule team meetings to discuss project progress and timelines, following up on all outstanding requests and communicating the status of project activity.
- Prepare, present and delegate a weekly snapshot of the team's task schedules.
- Provide admin support to the Director as required.
- Manage team of two employees.
**Account Management & Digital Strategy**:
- Act as the main point of contact for all client communications, providing timely updates and effectively conveying client updates to the internal team.
- Ensure a continuous workflow by following clients' approvals and meeting necessary internal requirements.
- Improving effective communication channels, processes, and systems.
- Provide support in social media community management, including content scheduling and advertising tasks.
- Establish and maintain strong client connections, serving as the primary contact for updates & digital solutions.
- Provide digital strategy and creative direction in collaboration with the Creative Director.
- Assist sales team with preparing sales proposals and leading the new client onboarding afterwards.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the team and achieve objectives.
**Requirements**:
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in social media marketing/management, project management, account management
- Experience within an agency setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are vital for success in this role.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities are essential.
- Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Flexibility and willingness to accommodate ongoing shifts in time and schedules are valuable assets.
- Ability to focus on essential tasks and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment is fundamental.
- Extremely proactive.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
