This role is part of the newly defined Supply Chain UNIT NA Center of Excellence (CoE) organization at BRP. This group will be composed of business process experts and technical experts in several areas. These experts will provide support and continuous improvement to enable the business and the organization as a whole to achieve its future growth goals and objectives.

Reporting to the ITBP department manager (CoE Supply Chain UNIT NA), the team lead takes charge of the technical team (10 consultants) in the management of deliverables, priority management and assignment management. The person must ensure that controls and obligations are respected.

This role also requires being responsible for business solutions attached to the CoE Supply Chain NA from definition to commissioning, including maintenance and, where applicable, replacement.

**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Manage and coach a team of technical experts and functional analysts;
Provide expert knowledge on logistics technology solutions to meet business requirements and position potential solutions.

Follow several commercial agreements with technology suppliers.

Build relationships with key business users to improve technical solutions effectiveness;
Collaborate with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including design, configuration, testing and implementation;
Ensure the relevance of technical specifications correspond to the needs of the company. Supervise and guide key resources during the development and testing phases;
Develop functional specifications and design specifications;
Support peer review of design standards and specifications;
Gain knowledge of emerging features and solutions and contribute to their successful implementation within businesses, where applicable;
Contribute to decisions on the choice of products, tools and methods, providing information on industry trends;
Support organizational change management functions in the development and delivery of end-user training, change impact assessments and work tools;
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Ability to work in French and English (written and oral);
Having successful experience managing teams;
Solid experience in SAP ERP Solutions (ideally logistics), LBN, TMS and others;
Experience in the areas of asset acquisition, qualification and maintenance;
Strong knowledge of system development testing phases

Good knowledge in managing contracts with solution providers and third parties.

Great ability to manage multiple priorities and mobilizing plans;
