Aux Vivres Cuisine, a leading vegan and Montreal food production company, is looking for an experienced Cook/Baker to join it's team in the Central Kitchen.

Located in a sunny/bright building overlooking The Mile End, we prep, cook, assemble and package (with love) fresh vegan food to then deliver it to our restaurants and clients all around Québec.

We offer a fixed schedule, Monday to Friday from **11:00 AM to 7:00 PM OR 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.**

What the job is about:

- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, stocking fridges)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow kitchen supervisor’s instructions
- Complete assigned tasks based on the established weekly production plan.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the department
- Participating in the daily production.
- Maintaining a positive work environment.
- Complying with and upholding Aux Vivres policies, procedures, and hygienic standards.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- All other tasks assigned.
- The work is physical and can require some heavy lifting._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.50 per hour
