**Location**:466 Hwy 52 Dundas, ON - Peter's Corners

**Hour’s**:Mon to Fri: 8.30am - 5pm

Ox Equipment is North America’s dry suction excavation experts. We provide general maintenance and repair to light and heavy-duty trucks, specializing in Suction Excavators, Hydro Vac Excavators and other specialty equipment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for the Service department. Responsible to our internal field and external customer inquiries for the Service Department.
- Schedule appointments and give price estimates to customers.
- Create work orders based on repairs and maintenance to be completed on the truck.
- Work closely with the shop supervisors to coordinate workflow in the shop, which includes planning shop capacity.
- Coordinate offsite vendor repairs and communicate to our dispatch team.
- Maintain Service Department filing and records.
- Assist with closing work orders when all repairs are complete.
- Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Previous work experience in a busy Service department.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Knowledge of heavy trucks/automotive equipment.
- Ability to self-manage and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coordinate within a team in a respectful and courteous manner.
- Excellent time management, organization, and customer service skills.
